Noah Ragab

Chief Executive Officer

Founder of Dubai Silk Holdings, setting the venture’s strategy, partnerships, and scientific direction. A plant molecular biologist (MSc, University of Tübingen) specialising in metabolic engineering and synthetic biology, with research at the University of Osaka and Imperial College London, including pioneering work on bioluminescent plants. Builds at the point where fundamental science becomes an industry.

Dr. Sean Blamires

Chief Technology Officer

Biomaterials researcher and founder at Spider & Silk Supply, with adjunct fellowships at UNSW and the University of Technology Sydney. Author of over 90 cross-disciplinary publications and the book SILK.

Dr. I-min Tso

Chief Scientific Officer

Lifetime Distinguished Professor in Life Science at Tunghai University, Taiwan. Over 30 years of academic experience and 100+ peer-reviewed publications spanning behavioural ecology and spider silk biomechanics.

Abdulziz Ismail

Strategic Advisor

Entrepreneur and strategic advisor with years of experience navigating high-stakes deals and the UAE business landscape.

Vic Chang

Chief Financial Officer

Certified PMP project manager with a bachelor’s in Corporate Finance and a master’s in project management from Northeastern University, Boston. Previously a project manager in Taiwan’s semiconductor industry, working with TSMC and MediaTek. Runs budgeting, cost forecasting, and multinational project coordination across Taiwan and Australia.
